Mina is an award winning professional who brings over 35 years of proffesional experience in the Middle East of including 20 years in several world-renowned Organations in Dubai, in charge of Design Management and Coordination, Engineering, Construction and Project Management.
Mina has held various senior leadership positions in prestigious organizations including Nakheel,Meraas Holding and The Engineers office of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid al Maktoum.
She has played integral roles in managing major projects such as Palm Islands,Pearl Jumeira,Jumeira Bay,Blue waters and City walk.
Her recent activites include project management and Quality control Managenment of several ultra luxury villas in Palm Jumeira, Jumeira Island, Meadows and Um sheif.

Reza has more than 20 years of expereicne in construction ,14 years of which were spent leading consultancy services in Dubai.
Reza is the founder and Managing Director of Orient Crown Architectural and Engineering consultancy, a company based in Dubai and registered in Dubai Municiplality , Trakhees,Tecom,DCD,RTA and DEWA.
With keen attention to details, dedication, and creative vision, he has offered technical consultancy and Project Management services for more than 150 luxury projects in prime locations of Dubai including Palm Jumeira, Jumeira Bay, Emirates Hills,Dubai Hills,Um Shief and La Mer.
